About KERRY
I studied foreign language teaching and Spanish in University. I taught in a school setting for a semester in the US and after graduation in May 2015, I went to Madrid, Spain to teach English as a foreign language for two years. I then began to work for an experiental education company where I worked in Costa Rica, further improving my own Spanish. I have given private lessons to small groups of young students as well as individual lessons to young people and adults.

The first thing I do with students is assess what they would like to gain from lessons as well as their current language level. Most of my experience is with lower language levels however I have also worked with more advanced students and have seen improvement in vocabulary and accent. I try to have students use the language as much as possible and prefer a fun and dynamic learning environment with songs and games where appropriate.
