About Nirlok
I’m a New York University graduate, double major, law student, and competitive student-athlete who understands what it takes to perform at a high level—both academically and physically.
What I want to teach goes beyond just skills or training sessions. I teach discipline, consistency, and how to show up even on the days you don’t feel like it. I want my athletes to understand how to manage pressure, build confidence, and develop a mindset that carries over into every part of life.
My goal is to help you become not just a better athlete, but a more complete individual—someone who knows how to work hard, stay focused, and trust the process even when it’s uncomfortable.
Because success isn’t just about talent—it’s about habits, mindset, and the standard you hold yourself to every single day.
