About Ham

My teaching method is repetitive, willing to break down techniques for you to understand them better. A lesson plan in my class would be a short warm-up, technique-based working, online pad work, and body weight circuits that can help you build a foundation. I have been teaching others Boxing and Taekwondo for several years and can develop a relationship with the students as if they were myself. These online lessons are for the beginner to starting amateur level fighter.
