About Regina
Hi! I'm Gina. I'm a certified personal trainer, and for those of you out there who are struggling with confidence, consistency, and strength . . . I totally get you.
I experimented on myself a lot just to feel better about my body: fad diets, home workouts, YouTube HIIT sessions in my room, and worst of all, starving myself. Nothing worked, and I only ended up feeling worse about my body.
But I didn't stop there.
I started my own fitness journey just like you: confused, lost, hesitant, and insecure. And I never stopped pushing myself until I had achieved all my goals. Fitness changed my life in more ways than you can imagine, and now, I'm determined to help you, too.
It doesn't matter if you're just starting out, or if you've had some experience in training. Whether you want to lose fat, become stronger or you just want to stay healthy, I'm here to make sure you don't have to go through this alone.
Fitness is empowering, and I want to help you feel strong and confident in your body. I promise there will be no fake hopes, or crash diets. But I do promise real support, real results, and some fun while we train.
