About Summer
Hello there! Thank you for clicking on my profile, it is very nice to meet you! My name is Summer, and I am a native Mandarin speaker and a fluent English speaker.
I completed my Bachelor of Sociology at the University of Ottawa in 2017 and during my university years, I was a private Mandarin tutor for adults from 2014 to 2017.
I obtained my Early Childhood Assistant diploma in 2018 and I have been working as an assistant teacher in the after-school program and a Saturday Enrichment Program Mandarin teacher till current.
I am currently studying Early Childhood Education and on my way to become a Registered Early Childhood Educator and a public school teacher.

I am a native Chinese speaker. I started teaching Mandarin in 2013 while I was in university in Ottawa. I have over 7 years of Mandarin tutoring experience for both adults and young children in various education settings.
I provide customized and interest-based lessons based on your level and needs!
