About Maria Belen
Hello! My name is Belén and I am a group aerobics and fitness instructor. I am also a Hatha Yoga teacher. I teach localized gymnastics, gap, step, and yoga fit classes! (We mix the benefits of yoga with bodybuilding exercises through asanas). I offer classes via zoom, and in places to coordinate with the interested party. My focus is on wellness, exercising the body and mind for a greater psychophysical balance. I wait for you!

My classes are planned according to the objective of the interested party. They are varied classes, it can be used with different elements and techniques from different disciplines. Like any class focused on physical activity, it begins with a warm-up followed by a specific routine taking into account the client's objectives, ending the classes with yoga and stretching exercises.
