Adjusting the scroll height sets the stage for a precise shift during our 6 minute warm up exercises. Students engage with the Bach unaccompanied sonatas and partitas as a structural and spiritual bedrock for their playing.
These 8 minute technical segments ensure that every student understands the geometry of the instrument. Drawing from 13 years of orchestral work, I guide players through nuanced musical phrasing.
