My name is Tia, I have been a pesonal trainer for the past 8 years.
With me you will find your confidence again! Your weight loss journey will feel less of a chore and more of something to look forward too.
For just 1 hour per day you will see massive results from 1 month with me.

Private training is perfect if you want to gain the confidence and knowledge of healthy eating and weight loss.
We concentrate on 25 minutes of lower body movements, 20 minutes on our upper body and the remainder 15 minutes discussing our meal plans and the next steps / goals for our next session
