About Gaini
With 8 years of ESL teaching experience, I am dedicated to helping students succeed in English. I teach high school and college students and focus on making learning clear and effective. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me become a flexible and patient teacher.
A major milestone in my career has been helping students overcome their fear of speaking English and communicate with confidence. Many of my students have improved their exam results and real-life communication skills.
My classes include simple explanations, practical exercises, and interactive activities. I create a positive and comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated. Teaching English is my passion, and I aim to make a lasting impact on every student’s journey.

I follow a student-centered ESL teaching approach that combines real-life examples, case studies, and interactive exercises. This methodology helps students see how English is used in practical situations, including conversations, professional communication, and academic work.
Motivation plays a key role in my teaching, and I foster a positive, encouraging environment where students feel confident to participate actively. Problem-solving activities, including role-plays, discussions, and real-life scenarios, help students develop fluency, accuracy, and critical thinking skills.
I prioritize integrity by giving honest feedback and structured guidance to track progress effectively. Flexibility is also important, as I adjust lessons according to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals.
Alongside ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to ensure comprehensive language development.
