About Elda
I am a PhD graduate from Flinders University and hold a Master of Teaching, with over 10 years of postdoctoral and teaching experience. I also have lecturing and tutoring experience in Biotechnology and Foundation courses at Flinders University. Currently, I am a high school teacher of SACE and IB Chemistry and Biology, as well as middle school Science and Mathematics.

My teaching method involves both the Harvard teaching approach and traditional methods. I work well with individual students as well as with classes. I also have extensive experience in teaching IB Chemistry. My aim in teaching is to create an environment where students become enthusiastic about understanding the subject matter, allowing them to deeply integrate new content and frameworks of meaning into their way of thinking. My approach is grounded in three interlinking strands: my personal experiences with learning and learners, the study of the experiences of others, and experimentation.
