About Nila

I am a passionate ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I truly enjoy helping students improve their English skills and gain confidence in communication. I have taught around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me understand different learning styles and needs.

I focus on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and writing to build a strong foundation. One of my proudest milestones is seeing students grow from beginners into confident English speakers. Many of my students have improved their academic performance and communication abilities.

My teaching style is simple, friendly, and interactive. I encourage students to practise regularly and express themselves without fear. I believe every student can succeed, and I am dedicated to helping them achieve their goals.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on helping students use English naturally in real-life situations. I use real-life examples and case studies to show how English is applied in daily conversations, academic work, and professional communication.

This approach makes lessons meaningful and helps students retain what they learn. Motivation is central to my teaching, and I create a positive environment where students feel encouraged to speak, experiment, and learn from mistakes. I include problem-solving exercises like role-plays, discussions, and real-life scenarios that allow students to think and respond in English confidently.

I maintain integrity by providing honest, constructive feedback and guiding students step by step. I also adapt lessons flexibly to suit each student’s level, learning pace, and personal goals. Beyond ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing, and communication skills to provide a complete language learning experience.
