About Phoenix

My name is Phoenix Hall.
I grew up in Germany and moved to the US when I was 14 years of age. When I turned 16 I actually moved to Spain to play soccer for a year but soon was sent home like many other travelers due to COVID-19. I then moved to Arizona to keep playing soccer. After 2 years I received a full ride to play soccer for college.
After my first 2 years I realized that I wanted to choose an education over furthering my athletic career. I had excelled at Mathematics scoring 100% on exams left and right. So that decision did not fall too hard. Even though soccer was my passion for most my life.
I have been independent since coming back from Spain. I have worked many jobs from time to time. I currently work part time and tutor privately while also studying Mathematics. The reason I want to be a Tutor is not only for Personal reasons but also because I believe Math can be EASY for everyone! It's like learning any other skill in life. The more you do it the closer you will get to mastery.

About the lesson

I am a 20 year old student in Arizona that is privately tutoring and working a job on the side. I just completed my last season playing college soccer.
I believe my lessons have been more fun for students since I am a student with similar live to my "pupils". Through this I have been able to be more personable and explain concepts in ways that don't too complicated.
I am open to tutor anyone obviously. I always start my lessons with having the student show me what they know or review the problems we did last time.
I never do the problems for the students and always draw the answers out from them since most the time they already know the answer but aren't aware of it yet.
