About Annabelle

I have a broad range of teaching and performing experience.

Having danced from the age of three, I then went on to train professionally at The Northern Ballet School for three years. After graduating, I moved to London and Trained in Professional Acting and Musical Theatre with Olivier award winning actor David Thaxton and award winning Actor and Director, Nancy Sullivan, after which I signed with a professional Theatre and Screen agent, Lee Morgan Management. I have also worked professionally as a theatre producer, working with various industry professionals and producing a full scale theatrical production in London.

I have over 5 years worth of teaching experience in group and 1:1 environments and love to share my knowledge and passion for the arts with my students!

About the lesson

I am a warm and experienced tutor specialising in 1:1 coaching in acting through song and dance. Having professionally trained in both dance and musical theatre, as well as working as a producer, I have a strong understanding of the disciplines.

I take a gentle but detailed approach to tutoring to suit your needs, whether that be drama school or exam prep, or simply improving in the field you love! I have a strong belief that cultivating knowledge in your chosen subject allows you to become a more whole performer, so my lessons have a focus on dissecting and discussing the material; this will not only improve your performance of the chosen piece, but it will give you the tools to move forward with material in the future!
