About Harneet

Hello,

I have done my acting training at the National School of Drama, Bangalore.

I have performed in over 50 plays in various languages, as well as in Haryanvi and Hindi films, web series, and short films, both as an actor and as an assistant director.

I have trained 100+ students in acting with workshops in Schools and 1:1 sessions.

About the lesson

Acting is not in various methods that are taught but in the experiential flowers that will blossom in the process.

Acting is not just speaking lines but putting your soul in others' flesh. So it becomes important to concentrate on every possibility that can help one improve as an actor.
Acting can be helpful in overall personality development as it focuses on working on the mind, body, and emotions. I have In my sessions I have added theatre games, yoga, and mindfulness to achieve the goal.
