I have worked in the medical field as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting for 5years now seeing everything from multiligament injuries to total knee replacements to chronic low back pain
Having struggled with orthopedic injuries myself, I know how frustrating it can be to start a workout plan you’re excited about only to be met with a barrier from an old injury
