Usual Structure of a Class:
1. Warm-up (5-10 minutes): Light cardio and mobility drills to prepare the body.
2. Main Workout (30-40 minutes): A mix of HIIT, and yoga floor exercises targeting various muscle groups for fat loss, strength, and flexibility.
3. Cool-down (5-10 minutes): Stretching and relaxation techniques to promote recovery and flexibility.
