About Tashin
I've been an athlete for 5 years with Level 3 PT Diploma. I have seen all sorts of people join me along the journey. They come from all walks of life and the respect is mutual between all athletes no matter the background.
Mind and Body is a lifestyle the journey is never over and starting now is the best thing you can do for your future self. I've come far in my journey helping others along the way.
I know what works for everybody cause I've seen it in real-time and now I'm ready to spread this knowledge to as many people as possible

I will hop on a call with you and learn about your lifestyle to see how quickly you can achieve your goals. The lessons will last about 30 mins 4 times a week. It won't just be about getting physically fit but also mentally sharp.
I've been training for 5 years,2 years in boxing and 3 in weightlifting and calisthenics. I've been helping people around me improve their health by giving them the right tools and knowledge.
If you are physically unfit we can fix that, if you are mentally dull and have brain fog we can fix that. ANYTHING to improve your life no matter the age, race, or gender.
