About Abbey
I am an Exercise Physiologist with years of experience in the fitness industry. I originally started working as a Personal Trainer where I up-skilled and worked as a Strength and conditioning coach with elite athletes and I now work as an Exercise Physiologist in remote Australia. I have a strong passion for holistic movement and believe that movement should feel good in our bodies and movement can look different for everyone.
I know how important my mentors have been to me over the years and I want to share my experience with others.
