My teaching method involves directly focusing on problem areas and to follow it down to the core to re-establish or learn core principles that are essential to progressive learning.
I use hands-on methods to figure out key areas and adapt to the learner's needs. I prefer high school students as I have had experience with large (20-30) peer groups struggling with either Mathematics, Physical Sciences or Accounting.
Languages can be done too, but prefer to emphasise on the numerical side of academics.
I go from textbook or handbooks and core theory straight to exam-grade questions in order to keep learners on par with what is expected of them come the end of the year.
