About Tyson
I am a PT ACADEMY student and have years of personal experience in and out of the gym. I have trained complete beginners and taken them to a level where they understand the fundamentals of health and fitness and I have also trained with advanced fitness enthusiasts myself. I specialise in weight loss and strength training.

My teaching methodology is that of a personal trainer. Once I have screened and interviewed you to determine your health and fitness level I then create a customised nutrition and training plan for u. I then personally train you according to the plan teaching u clearly the fundamentals of health and fitness.
