About Taylor
To bestow the gift of learning upon someone is a great pleasure of mine! I believe our minds are extremely powerful and capable of more than we give them credit for. I enjoy teaching through the use of games and hands on experiences!
For a brief overview, I have completed over 1,700 hours with an award winning national service program at a residential training facility for youth with severe emotional and behavioral issues.
I have also provided weekly tutoring sessions to students focusing on life skills and core subjects at an accredited Title 1 school!

We start each session with a 10 minute review of what we learned during our previous session. This also serves as a time for quick homework assistance.
20 MINS - SESSION FOCUS
20 minutes are set aside to teach, explain, and answer questions related to the focus of the session with the use of models, diagrams, Powerpoint slides, videos and more.
20 MINS- GAME
The next 20 minutes are dedicated to reinforcing the session focus with an engaging, educational game.
10 MINS REVIEW
The last 10 minutes of each session allows your child to show what they've learned on paper through an online assignment..
