About Sunita
Hello, Sunita Pandit here, your dedicated yoga teacher. I've proudly completed my 200-hour TTC and obtained my 900-hour TTC diploma, accredited by the Ministry of Ayush. Yoga unexpectedly entered my life, but its impact has been profound, guiding me towards spirituality and self-care. Recognizing the importance of these principles, I'm passionate about assisting others in nurturing themselves, promoting stress-free living in a world where stress-related ailments are rampant. It's an honor to share this ancient wisdom with society, aiding in their healing journey.
