I am a student doing my master degree in physical education. I represented my state as well as my

I approach every individual differently because everyone is special in his way. every person has different goals sports specific or fitness in general. The reaction to stimulus are also different. Not everyone responds to a certain training pattern. As i have an experience as an athlete performing currently on a national level as well as working with a bunch of athletes who are also representing state and country i am aware of the process and willing to help you physically and mentally.
