About Karen
I am a passionate and caring teacher who believes that everyone has the capacity to write expressively and clearly. As a writing tutor, I can help you reach your goals! If you are struggling with an academic essay, I can help you clarify your thesis, structure your paper and think through the issues.
If you are working on a creative project, I can help coach you to find the best expression of your work.
My background: Worked for more than 20 years as a journalist at such news agencies as Reuters, ABC and Bloomberg. I have also contributed as a freelancer to many publications, including: Times of Israel, Kveller and Time Out NY. I am also an award-winning screenwriter, filmmaker and fiction writer.
