I have a bachelors degree in International Business Management which led me to create the plant-based food company, Coco Manor in 2015. I am now CMA Dip certified nutrition coach, BBC Radio Food and Wellbeing contributor and 400hr Yoga Teacher

About the lesson

I base my classes on both an individual basis and interactive, group style. I have taught classes ranging from 1-1 to above 40 people. I believe that creating classes and working directly with people can empower students to know exactly how to change their lives for the better
