About Reyyan Nur

I moved from Turkey to the UK in 2021 and quickly adapted to the A-Level system, achieving top results in Maths, Further Maths, and Physics. Having gone through the same challenges, I want to share the tips and tricks that helped me succeed with students who are on the same journey. I enjoy making maths clear and approachable, and I find it rewarding to help others build confidence and reach their goals.

About the lesson

I believe the best way to learn maths is through a combination of clear explanations, worked examples, and guided practice. In my lessons, I first break down complex concepts into simple, logical steps, then work through exam-style questions together. I place a strong emphasis on problem-solving skills and exam technique, so students not only understand the material but also know how to apply it effectively under time pressure. A typical lesson is 60 minutes. I’m a Mechanical Engineering student at Imperial College London and have been privately tutoring A-Level Maths/Further Maths (Pure, Stats and Mechanics) since last year.
