About Nicolas
I have been practicing TaeKwonDo for 15 years now. I am a 3rd Dan Kukkiwon Black Belt and I have been teaching at least once a week to my students of any age and any level of practice in my club for 5 years. I also practiced English boxing thanks to one of my former instructors who taught me the basics. During the 3 years of my bachelor in Exercise Science the French boxing was my specialty at the university.

3rd dan of Taekwondo Instructor, I propose Taekwondo and/or Boxing and / or Body Combat lessons. I rely on my experience at the Dojang to provide a stimulating and enjoyable experience. The lessons are completely adapted to the level of the student. I can move around in Paris.
I propose a lesson in 3 parts:
- a warm up to prepare the person for the session with dynamic stretching
- the session itself (strikes on target, sequences of shots, etc.) Adapted to needs
- cooling down
