About Autumn
Hey everyone, my name is Autumn! I am a 2024 college graduate from Cedarville University in Ohio. I have years of teaching and tutoring experience under my belt, and it is something I really enjoy. I've taught nearly all ages (ages 4 to 65+) but I most enjoy middle school, high school and early college.
As a former student who is passionate about chemistry and biology, I can understand the frustration that comes from not being able to grasp a concept, especially if it's super important for the next lesson in a class! I remember the relief I felt after going to several tutoring sessions and knowing I was catching back up to my classmates. If you're anything like me, you need a bit of extra help at times, and there is no shame in that! So hop into a tutoring session with me, and let's clear some of the confusion away.

I am a 2024 college graduate who is passionate about chemistry and biology. If you are a middle schooler, high schooler, prepping to start college, or even a freshman or sophomore in college, this online tutoring session is right for you.
I can help you better understand the following subjects:
- biology (cell biology, botany, immunology, microbiology, genetics, environmental biology/conservation biology, infectious diseases, etc!)
- chemistry (chemistry basics, intro to organic chemistry, intro to biochemistry, acid/base reactions, etc!)
If you are seeking help on a particular subject, I am happy to research that as well so we can understand it better together!
A typical tutoring session will include a brief rundown of what your questions are, what you do understand and where the gaps are, and talking about the goal of the session. Then we will dive into the details and get to the bottom of your problem! If applicable, we will run through some practice problems. My goal is for you to walk away with a better understanding of the subject, feeling better prepared for the next step in your class!
I like to have my meetings on Google Meets instead of Superprof because they like to charge both the student and the extra teacher fees. I accept Venmo and PayPal.
