About Nastassia Jade
I am a qualified yoga teacher. I completed my 200hr yoga certification over the period of 2 years through The Yoga Connection in Pretoria, South Africa. My students have experienced increased flexibility, calmness, improved focus and relaxation/stress relief through attending my classes.

I base my classes on the Hatha yoga principles, focusing on breath work, flexibility, focus and meditation. My classes are usually one hour long, focusing on postures for 45 minutes and ending with a 15 minute meditation session. The aim of these classes is to provide a sense of stillness, focus, improved flexibility in the body and reconnecting with self.
