Shield Self Defence System is the best self defence training in Howrah. I joined their Women Safety Training program under Aakash Gharti Chhetri and I am very happy with the results.

I am currently new to CTS Self Defence training classes. I have done 3 or 4 online classes and rest offline classes till today (26/02/2022) .
