With 8 years of experience, I've specialized in teaching guitar as a holistic practice that supports mental health, emotional well-being, and mindful living.

Ready to discover guitar as a pathway to mindfulness and inner peace? My holistic guitar approach teaches musical skills while cultivating patience, present-moment awareness, and stress relief! We learn chords and techniques while practicing mindful attention, use guitar playing as moving meditation, and explore how music can support emotional regulation and relaxation. I create a gentle, pressure-free environment where you can learn at your natural pace without comparison or judgment. We focus on the joy of creating beautiful sounds, the meditative quality of repetitive practice, and the confidence that comes from mastering something meaningful through patient effort!
