About Lerato Kenneth
I am a qualified education professional, having
completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at North-West University, supported by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from
Regent Business School. My academic foundation in Accounting and Economics, combined with practical teaching exposure, has prepared
me to contribute effectively within a structured FET teaching environment.
I am currently employed as a Part-time Teacher at Fachs International College, where I teach Accounting, Business Studies, and Mathematical
Literacy to Grade 12 learners preparing for National Senior Certificate rewrites. My responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom
instruction, assessment support, learner consultation, and academic performance tracking. Through this role, I have developed strong
classroom management skills, the ability to simplify complex content, and the capacity to support learners across varying academic levels.
Previously, I served as an Educational Assistant at Eketsang Secondary School and worked as a Private Tutor with TeachMe2, where I further
strengthened my instructional, assessment, and learner support skills. I also founded White Board Tutors, an educational initiative aimed at
supporting matric learners and promoting academic assistance within communities. This reflects my commitment to learner development
and educational accessibility.
