About Sheetal
My name is Sheetal Arora. I am running a Dance Studio where we conduct online classes for Bollywood and Free Style Dance.
We basically provide one hour individual class. But if you want to learn wedding choreography or for any competition/ function , you are always welcome .
CLASSES ARE CONDUCTED INDIVIDUALLY.

We conduct class as per the student's requirements and age as well. Following methods and routine will remain the same (sometimes exceptional).
1. Class will always begin with warm-up.
2. Each and every basic move will be covered in the class.
3. Before practicing with the actual song, steps are always taught with 'vines'.
4. For wedding choreography and others songs may be choosen by the dancers or depends on situation.
** In dance, two measures equal a total of 8 counts, which is why dancers count in sets of 8 and this is called 'grapevine' or 'vine' . 8 counts keep track of the beat and tempo, but break up the song into manageable sections. And it is very effective for beginners to remember each dance step.
