About Diksha
My own experience with mental health concerns led me to pursue a Master’s in Psychology and eventually counseling. Coming from a family where mental health has been a significant part of our lives, I understand the importance of feeling heard and supported.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My eclectic approach is tailored to each person, depending on their concerns.
I believe in understanding and incorporating a client’s socio-cultural and religious background into therapy, so that the approach feels relevant, respectful, and aligned with their individual needs.
Concerns I can address:
self-esteem, confidence, overthinking, excessive screen time, procrastination, time management, goal-setting and overall personal growth.
I am also neuro-affirmative.
