About Monica
More than 12 years practicing different branches of yoga and meditation, participating in various Zen Buddhism retreats and Hridaya Yoga.
Training in acting and dance. I currently participate in plays and experimental dance performances. In my dance I integrate bases of bellydance, butoh and contemporary dance, and recently been researching about conscious states of mind into dancing and movement.
