I've been trained and been to various meditation and yoga classes.Spent almost 1 hour everyday throughout the year.And it definitely reflected in my life.Flexibility muscle and nervous coordination have key role in Yoga.Also your mental health gets a huge boost as well.

Slowly and steadily increase your comfort zone.Don't push it so hard.And definitely don't compare yourself with anyone.You will get there eventually.I teach only one student at a time to completely monitor the body posture and breathing cycle of my student.Its important to learn if it the right way.
