Every teacher has their own way of teaching. But my way of teaching is traditional. My way of teaching is designed based on my personal and professional experience, also what i learnt from ancient Yogic texts. I have Masters in Yoga. I can assure that with you you will learn the most unrefined form of Yoga given by our ancient Yog Gurus.
