I am a relentless Nutrition Science and Psychology geek, with experience in group teaching and private consultation.
My speciality is in using evidence based techniques to build a positive relationship to food and to your body. I will help you understand why we make the choices we do, and best practices to gain control of your health habits so you can enjoy your life and your body without guilt.

Our experience together will be tailored to your needs. This could be a simple meals and shopping plan with habit homework and check-ins to develop a long lasting change. It could mean a longer interaction working toward breaking down the beliefs and patterns that are not serving you to be your healthiest self. It could be learning mindful eating practices to rediscover your brain and bodies innate satiation and fullness cues.
