About Su

I am a certified Yoga Instructor from SVYASA University, I am trained to teach yogasanas, pranayama, cyclic meditaion, trataka. I have also learnt various types of meditation from great gurus which gave me good understanding and great experience.I would be grateful to make my students experience and get benefited.
