About Rosy
Yoga, meditation, theater, and dance have completely changed my way of seeing life, health, rhythms, cycles, and my own body, emotions, and sensations.
I'd love it if every time more and more people would start connecting to themselves, developing consciousness in their ways of moving and behaving, to have a healthier world, healthier relationships, healthy kids.
I love particularly working with women, because it's vital that we understand our cycles, our monthly physical, emotional and hormonal changes, in order to be more respectful, compassion and loving with ourselves, so we can teach others to respect us and our rithms.
Work, auto-control, discipline, observation, love, compassion, yoga is all about that.
I offer yoga Home class for everyone. I LOVE BEGINNERS! So don't worry if you have never done yoga before. We can start by class 0.1 with you, according to your needs, difficulties, and desires.
If you have done yoga before, that's also amazing, I will make you progress a lot!
I'm a kind, respectful, loving, patient instructor.
I can give classes in Hindi or English
