About Gabrielle
As an individual, I am extremely hard-working, devoted, creative, energetic and collaborative. At the age of seventeen, I dove into work in the education world. I worked at Gardenview Elementary school in Montreal as a teacher for their homework program and in-class aide. I also started working at Westpark Elementary school in Montreal as an integration aide, in-house tutor and homeschool teacher. Because of this experience, I was able to briefly work in other schools that were part of the same school board, solidifying my desire to work in education as a primary school educator.
Alongside my last two years of teaching as the primary teacher and Vanguard special needs teacher in an elementary school, I also took part in many school committees, such as the Educational Technology committee. The challenge of starting my career during the Covid-19 pandemic accelerated my professional growth and turned me into a more determined and resourceful educator. Additionally, I got the chance to prioritize my relationship with my students, which is a primary concern for me as a teacher. Education is one of my great passions, and I would love to continue on this trajectory while developing new ideas.

Hi! My name is Gabrielle and I am coming to you with 5 years of experience working in French education. I am from Montreal and grew up in an entirely francophone family. I have worked in elementary education as an integration aide, teaching aide, inclusive education teacher and a primary school teacher. I also taught over the pandemic, so teaching online is something I am very acclimated to! I am passionate about individualized education, so will certainly create a course and goals made specifically to fit your needs and chosen goal.
