About Ryan
How can we refine your unique voice while ensuring long-term vocal health? Flexibility remains at the core of my approach because your progress depends on listening to your specific needs. We focus on rhythm and phrasing, performance confidence, vibrato control, and belting technique through a lens of physiological safety.
Lessons incorporate breathing control, microphone technique, plus head and chest voice development to create a well-rounded sound. I provide homework vocal drills assigned after every session to ensure you have clear exercises to practise during the week. This structured method builds the solid habits required for higher level exam success.

Supporting students through their musical journey creates a unique sense of purpose. 13 years of experience as a vocal coach allows me to guide various singers from kids to advanced learners with clarity. My own background includes a Master of Music in Voice from the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. Having performed as a classical vocalist across the UK for 12 years, I share professional insights on vocal health and care with every pupil.
I specifically support neurodivergent students by creating an environment where individual needs are respected and understood. You might be a self-taught player seeking structure or a student preparing for ABRSM or Trinity graded exams from Grade 1 through Diploma level.
