About LucyMae
I've been playing/performing for 15 years, teaching private lessons for 4 years, and teaching orchestra classes for 1 year. I was just recently accepted to the CU Boulder school of music for a BM in violin performance, and have won/done well in multiple local and state competitions and festivals.

I focus lessons on teaching solid technique and quality tone using fun solo pieces. These foundational skills provide a strong base for learning future more advanced pieces. I love talking about music theory if that's something you're interested in, but not something I focus on. We learn how to read music proficiently and develop a strong sense of pitch and rhythm.
