About Giulia
I started karate at 6 and never left it, I passed the black belt exam at 12 and a half, on May 28, 2015. I changed gym in September 2018, in Rho, I train 6 days a week, I train the little ones, just arrived then white belts (from 3 and a half / 4 years old) and the older ones ... training frequency: Monday about 3 hours, Tuesday 5, Wednesday 1.30, Thursday 2, Friday 2, Saturday 1.30 / 2

Coordination, concentration. also help children who are a little more in difficulty or a little more uncoordinated. Karate teaches tranquility, respect, it has nothing to do with "hitting". It is used ONLY to defend, NEVER to attack. You learn the terms in Japanese to use and to know to pass the exams that every 6 months (the period is extended when you are a blue / brown belt for the more complex program, for the first black it usually takes 1 year, the 2nd two and so on) are made to ensure that you pass the belt (white (without exam, who starts is white), yellow, orange, green, 2 blue, 3 brown and black)
