A well-balanced 7+ years experienced educator, teaching in China, Cambodia, and most recently Vietnam. With a rich teaching background spanning multiple countries and curricula—including Cambridge, Early Years, and ESL—and extensive experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, I am excited to apply for a teaching position at your institution. My teaching journey has taken me from kindergartens in China to lead international academies(schools) middle schools in Cambodia, and to leading Cambridge-aligned classrooms in Vietnam, allowing me to adapt to varied educational environments while keeping student growth at the heart of my practice. At Harrods International Academy, I honed my ability to deliver the Cambridge curriculum with rigor and creativity, preparing students for demanding assessments while fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere. My work there and in other international schools also deepened my expertise in special educational needs—through both extensive training and hands-on experience in tailoring instruction for learners requiring additional support. I have successfully implemented individualized learning plans, adapted resources, and used inquiry-based learning to ensure every student, regardless of ability, is challenged and empowered. I bring a strong skill set in designing original resources, integrating technology for 21st-century learning, and collaborating closely with colleagues and parents to create a holistic educational experience. My dedication to lifelong learning is evident in my ongoing Bachelor’s degree studies with Asia College of Teachers, complementing my TEFL certification and professional development. I am passionate about creating classrooms where students not only achieve academically but also grow socially and emotionally.
