About Juna
I am a dedicated violin tutor with 11 years of teaching experience and a Master’s Degree in Music. I have successfully guided children, teenagers, and adults through personalized lessons that foster technical excellence, musical understanding, and lasting confidence in violin performance.
My teaching philosophy centers on patience, encouragement, and individualized instruction. I understand that every learner progresses differently, so I create supportive lessons that inspire steady improvement while making the learning experience enjoyable, motivating, and tailored to each student's unique goals.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy performing, studying diverse musical traditions, attending live concerts, composing simple arrangements, and discovering new educational techniques. These experiences enrich my lessons with fresh perspectives, practical insights, and creative activities that help students develop both musical skill and a lifelong appreciation for the violin.

Whether you are picking up the violin for the first time or refining advanced techniques, I provide structured guidance that develops posture, bow control, finger placement, intonation, rhythm, and expressive playing while making each session enjoyable and rewarding.
My teaching combines proven practice methods with engaging exercises, scales, repertoire, sight-reading, and music theory. Lessons are paced according to individual progress, ensuring students build strong technical foundations while gaining confidence through consistent improvement, personalized feedback, and achievable learning milestones.
I encourage students to explore a wide range of musical styles, from classical masterpieces to contemporary melodies and popular songs. Alongside technical growth, I emphasize performance confidence, musical creativity, disciplined practice habits, and artistic interpretation, helping every student become a skilled and expressive violinist.
