I like to ask a lot of questions to tailor the experience, and refine the steps in order to reach the set goal agreed on.
I do written steps as well as verbally.

From one on one player skills to leading a guild and the foundation and structure needed to last years.
I have always played this role as trainer, teacher, leader, in games and always wanted to do this full time.

World of Warcraft : Cleared and lead all raids as Guild Leader: from vanilla to Mist of Pandora then back to Batttle for Azeroth
Rift : top server ranked dps Fire mage in dungeons and raids
Warpath : I lead a alliance and commanded as Rally army General in first Epic Moscow event. Over 550 Days played on Server 7
Elder Scrolls Online : lead raids on all DLC's top Vet ranked
Again 20 of my 25 years of playing games, I have enjoyed teaching, leading, training many different players.
