About Parastoo
I am a passionate and patient Persian (Farsi) tutor with over 10 years of experience working with children.
I understand the challenges they face when learning their heritage language, so I create a supportive and comfortable environment where they feel confident to speak and learn. I am friendly, flexible, and committed to helping each child succeed at their own pace.
My goal is not only to teach the language, but also to help children build a strong connection with their culture and feel proud of their identity.

I am a Persian (Farsi) tutor with over 10 years of experience teaching children, especially second-generation Persian kids in Canada. My approach is fun, engaging, and personalized based on each child’s level and needs. I teach both in English and Farsi to make learning easier and more comfortable.
My lessons include a mix of speaking, reading, and writing through games, storytelling, and creative activities, with or without textbooks. I focus on making the language memorable, so children don’t just learn—they truly connect with it and enjoy the process.
My goal is to help children feel confident, proud of their roots, and able to communicate in Farsi naturally in their daily lives.
