About Romi
Hi, I'm a guitar tutor with over 12 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a focus on guitar performance. My lessons are personalized to fit each student's goals, whether you're picking up the guitar for the first time or aiming for professional-level mastery. I specialize in fingerstyle playing, blues improvisation, expressive soloing techniques, and chordal theory that opens up the neck of the guitar in creative ways. I’ve taught students across a wide range of genres including rock, funk, jazz, and folk. I believe in helping every student develop both technique and musicality, so they not only play well but play with feeling. My approach is clear, supportive, and motivating, allowing students to learn with confidence and joy.
