About Priscilla
"Teaching singing is my way of balancing the delicate mechanics of the throat with the freedom of artistic expression. You might imagine the sensation of a perfectly resonant note vibrating clearly against the roof of your mouth as we begin.
I hold a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Berklee College of Music, where I also studied piano as a second instrument. This blend allows me to help singers learn to accompany themselves, just as pianists learn to phrase like vocalists. My 11 years of experience have taught me that this is a two-way street for musical growth.
I provide specific guidance on warm-up exercises, exam preparation, and pitch control. Stage fear management and sight singing are also key parts of my technical toolkit. I look forward to hearing you find your unique sound as you reach your performance goals."

"Singing requires a solid foundation built on consistent, healthy habits that support long-term development. Picture yourself standing in the studio as we isolate a specific resonance shift, then immediately applying that sound to a piece of music while I play along at the piano. I use my status as an Estill Master Trainer to model and correct your technique in real time. We work on rhythm, phrasing, tone, and the nuance of belting technique to extend your vocal range.
These sessions cater to absolute beginners, teens, adults, and advanced learners who want to build performance confidence. You will receive recorded warm-up routines shared for your daily home practice between our meetings. I find that this extra resource helps bridge the gap between our studio time and your personal practice sessions.
My approach remains encouraging, playful, and deeply focused on the biomechanics of your instrument. Helping you navigate these technical challenges is truly the highlight of my week."
